  • How much does each gift cost?​​

Each gift costs $155, $195, or $350. Shipping is included. Choose the budget that is right for your gift. A more generous price point pays for more artist time. Sales tax applies for CA, IL, KS, MA, MO, ME, and NY.

  • What if I need a last-minute gift?

No problem! You can order the gift now and give your giftee a beautiful gift-in-progress printable or video. You can download these from

  • Who should I send a gift to?

Anyone who needs some care & excitement! That could be a client, partner, family member, friend, co-worker, neighbor, new parent, newlywed, yourself, or the person who has everything!

  • What if I don't know the Giftee well?

No problem! You can buy the gift experience and let the recipient complete the form themselves.

Alternately, include any information you can think of and let the artist create something special! You can often find clues of preferences on the Giftee's social media accounts, online wishlists, and by paying extra attention to their appearance, home, office, and more.   • Do you offer discounts for bulk gift orders?​​

Yes, buy 10 gifts over any time period, and get one $155 gift free! Tell Me More Gifts covers the cost of the free gift and the artist is of course fully compensated for their work. Learn more here.


  • How long does the process take from the order to delivery?

Because gifts are custom-made, the process generally takes about 3 weeks from order to delivery. Given mail delays, shipping and delivery may take longer; we appreciate your understanding.

  • How long does it take to complete the Gift Creation Form?

It takes most people 10-20 minutes. Compared to spending hours or weeks searching for a special gift through traditional methods, Tell Me More Gifts makes the process easy and fun!

  • Will the Giftee know the gift is from me? 

Yep! You can write your name and a message when you place your order.

  • Can I see the progress of the gift?

You can contact us at any time to see any progress photos that we may have available from the artist. Although, we recommend allowing the gift to be a mystery; it's part of the fun!

  • What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

  • I live outside of the United States. Can I place an order?

At this time, we are not able to accept orders abroad. We will post an update if that changes! 


  • What if I am unhappy?

We are committed to delivering an excellent experience!

  • We have a unique business model: we have no inventory and operate 100% remotely. In addition, because we are a 100% custom, made-to-order gift company, we cannot accept returns or issue full refunds. 

    • What's the deal with that?​

      • Our artists are paid a flat rate per order and we will never take that money back from them.​

  • We are committed to giving you a marvelous experience! If something's not right with the gift, please contact us at We will start helping sort things out right away.

    • We address any issue on a case by case basis.​

      • Options for solutions include: partial refund, new gift, voucher for future use, etc.​

    • Will I talk with a Tell Me More Gifts representative or the artist?

      • You'll always interact with our internal support team, instead of going to the artist with any question or issues. ​

        • One of the services we offer our artists is to take on all customer service. We want our artists to stay focused on what they do best: making art.​
